대본을 읽어도 넘어가지 않아요The script does not advance
먼저 마이크 음량 막대와 인식된 말을 확인하세요. 소리가 없으면 기기 입력과 권한을 확인하고, 소리는 있는데 결과가 다르면 짧은 문장으로 테스트하세요. 혼합 언어에서는 인식기가 언어 전환을 놓칠 수 있습니다. 같은 문장을 반복하기 전에 이전·다음 버튼으로 위치를 맞추세요. 반복되는 문제는 현재 대본과 인식된 말을 함께 기록하면 원인을 좁히는 데 도움이 됩니다.
Check the microphone meter and recognised words first. If there is no sound, check the input and permissions. If words are recognised incorrectly, try a shorter sentence. Mixed-language speech can be difficult at language boundaries. Use previous or next to restore your position. Note the script and recognised words together when reporting a recurring problem.

긴 문장을 자연스러운 생각 단위로 나누고 숫자·약어 표기를 실제 발화에 맞추세요. 주변 대화가 마이크에 들어오지 않도록 조용한 곳에서 리허설하세요. 음성 인식은 의미를 완벽히 이해하는 시스템이 아니므로 오작동할 수 있습니다. 중요한 촬영에서는 먼저 같은 대본으로 진행을 확인하세요.
Split long sentences into natural thought units and write numbers as spoken. Rehearse in a quiet room so other voices do not enter the microphone. Speech matching does not perfectly understand intent and can make mistakes. Test the same script before an important take.
카메라나 마이크가 켜지지 않아요Camera or microphone will not start
브라우저의 사이트 권한에서 카메라와 마이크를 허용했는지 확인하세요. 다른 통화나 촬영 앱을 종료하고 장치 설정에서 입력을 다시 선택하세요. 외장 장치를 연결한 뒤에는 장치 목록을 새로고침하세요. 새로고침 전 저장되지 않은 촬영본은 다운로드하세요.
Check camera and microphone permission for this site in your browser. Close other calling or recording apps, then select the input again. Refresh the device list after connecting an external device. Download any unsaved take before reloading the page.
음성인식과 녹화를 동시에 쓰면 끊겨요Recognition interrupts recording
일부 기기와 브라우저에서는 녹음과 음성인식이 마이크 사용을 두고 충돌할 수 있습니다. 다른 앱을 닫고 짧은 녹화로 소리를 확인하세요. 문제가 계속되면 자동 속도나 탭 진행으로 촬영할 수 있습니다. 이 모드들은 음성 따라가기와 동작 방식이 다르므로 리허설로 속도를 맞추세요.
Some device and browser combinations can have microphone conflicts between speech recognition and recording. Close other apps and check the audio in a short take. If it persists, use timed progression or tap progression. Rehearse the pace because these modes behave differently from voice following.
영상이 사라졌거나 저장되지 않아요A recording is missing
촬영본 보관함은 해당 브라우저의 기기 내 저장 공간을 사용합니다. 다른 기기나 브라우저에는 자동으로 나타나지 않습니다. 사이트 데이터 삭제, 비공개 모드 종료, 저장 공간 부족 등으로 보관이 유지되지 않을 수 있습니다. 완료된 영상은 가능한 한 바로 다운로드하거나 공유해 별도 사본을 보관하세요. 서버에서 촬영본을 복구하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
The recording library uses storage in that browser on that device. Takes do not automatically appear in another browser or device. Clearing site data, ending private browsing, or storage pressure can affect retention. Download or share completed takes promptly to keep a separate copy. There is no server recovery service for recordings.
